mozu First Anniversary: Torishiki ×Yakitori Ichimatsu Collaboration
On April 10, mozu in Seoul proudly celebrated its first anniversary.
To mark this milestone, we hosted a two-day special collaboration event.
From Osaka, we welcomed Yakitori Ichimatsu, renowned for its philosophy of “playing with fire” and its masterful preparation of Hinai chicken grilled over binchotan charcoal. The restaurant has continuously held one Michelin star since 2019.
From Tokyo, we were honored to welcome Torishiki, which earned its first Michelin star in 2010 and has since continued to receive high acclaim both in Japan and internationally.
Its yakitori, grilled over intense direct heat, continues to captivate many people.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our guests who joined us, and to everyone who has supported mozu throughout this past year.
